Summer is also a busy time for youth around the country to get out and volunteer, and YRNO is lucky enough to have about 200 volunteers helping out on our jobsites this summer.
Kicking off summer around Memorial Day, the girls from the Laurel School volunteered during their full-service trip with YRNO, which included a swamp tour, bowling at Rock-N-Bowl, museums, meals, snoballs, and more. Later in June, the Mason Family, Minerva High School, Ben Franklin High School, Rawson Saunders School, local company FSC Interactive, and electronic band KREWELLA (plus their fans) all gave their time towards YRNO’s mission.

July brought Chappell Baptist Church from South Carolina, Seattle Academy from Washington, St. Peter’s UCC from Illinois, and the Ultster Project from Ireland! Also, Mitzvah Corps participants returned and helped out as they do almost every summer. Thank you coming back!
